Her expertise spans private, public, and nonprofit/for-profit colleges, with a strong focus on Title IV programs, Competency-Based Education, enrollment management, and financial aid systems.
With deep knowledge of federal and state regulations, Rachna specializes in regulatory interpretation, compliance integration, and audit readiness. She supports institutions with a wide variety of education related organizational innovations, improvements and challenges. Her collaborative work with institutions and agencies such as the U.S. Department of Education, OIG, FTC, VA, CFPB, DHS, and various state and accrediting bodies, has helped institutions successfully navigate high-stakes audits and reviews.
Beyond compliance, Rachna advises on government relations and community engagement, helping institutions build strategic relationships with policymakers and stakeholders. She leads initiatives in public affairs, crisis communication, and institutional messaging to strengthen trust and transparency.
Rachna is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), holds a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and earned her B.A. in English from Delhi University.
